Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders may not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method

Shipment cost: 

Free in most of the areas in Gurgaon. However, the company has right to charge delivery charges if required with prior consent from the customer.

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Order confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Call from  our customer care once Your Order has shipped. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

PSIPL is not resits onsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Furrberry.pet provide package food that is packed in such away that its freshness and aroma remains intacted and the customer is expected to consume it according to the need. Since it’s a package food the shelf life of the food is 12 months. The customer is expected to refrigerate the food once the packet is open. 

 PSIPL is not liable for any products damaged due to poor handling or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
